BIOTRAK real-time planktonic bacterial particle counter 9510-BD
Model: 9510-BD
Provide real-time counting of total particles and planktonic bacterial particles in pharmaceutical production environments, reduce sterile interference, improve root cause investigation, and have comprehensive control over process information.
Biotrak ® The real-time planktonic bacterial particle counter can truly isolate your sterile process flow. It combines the functions of planktonic bacterial particle counting (also known as bioluminescence particle counting (BFPC)) and sample collection, as well as the total particle counting function that complies with ISO standards, providing a complete solution for pharmaceutical environmental monitoring. The excellent resolution performance between planktonic bacteria particles and inert particles provides users with reliable data on planktonic bacteria particles. The gelatin filtration technology that has been validated over time can effectively collect microbial samples for subsequent identification.
The particle counter can be used in conjunction with TSI FMS software for continuous monitoring of aseptic processing processes, reducing or eliminating environmental monitoring (EM) intervention, improving quality, and ensuring data integrity. As a standalone instrument, it can quickly identify pollution sources during environmental monitoring (EM) investigations, provide data for immediate room release, and help identify and reduce risks.
application
Automatic continuous detection of sterile environment
Support continuous automatic monitoring in the environment
Improve root cause investigation
